Be positive: focus on your achievements, not how far you still have to go.
Be patient: you’re not going to drop 20 lbs by the end of the week. This is a slow process; a total life change. It’s going to take time.
Be persistent: KEEP AT IT. No matter how slow your progress, keep going and realize that your slow progress is better than the ZERO progress you were making before you started.
